Library Card Information

To be eligible for a library card at the Forsyth Missouri facility, you must provide verification of being a Taney County resident.  We require a copy of a current telephone bill as well and one other form of identification.  Additional forms of identification can be either a utility bill or a current Taney County resident driver's license. Children over the age of five may have their own library card; however, we do require a signature from the parent or legal guardian.     All library cards are processed on Thursdays.
